Here's what your answers show: real clarity on your niche and offer, real confidence in your pricing, and a client experience that isn't being run on improvisation. That's not where most private practice dietitians land, and it means the growth gap most practices run into isn't the one holding you back.

But if you're still not bringing in the clients you want, that gap is somewhere this quiz doesn't measure, and figuring out exactly where takes more than this quiz can tell us.

You’re Next Step:

1) List every place new clients came from over the past 3-6 months and identify where most of your new clients actually came from: word of mouth, internet search, social media, etc. Then take one real step to strengthen that specific source.

  • If it's word-of-mouth, figure out specifically who's been sending you clients then send a genuine thank-you or a quick update to whoever's been the most active referral source. Staying visible and appreciated is what keeps a referral relationship going, without it ever feeling like you're asking for something.

  • If it's social media, look back at whichever post actually got people to reach out and post something similar this week.

  • If it's an internet search, look up your own practice the way a prospective client would and fix whatever's the most obvious gap, an outdated bio, no reviews, an unclear description of what you do.

2) Consider this: if you brought on 5 new clients tomorrow, could you keep up with everything each one needs, like paperwork, communication, session prep, without any of it piling up or your quality of care slipping? If the honest answer is no, look at what you're currently doing manually for each client and turn one of those tasks into a template, an automation, or something you hand off this week.

Your Fundamentals Aren’t the Problem

Getting your fundamentals this solid already puts you ahead of most private practice dietitians. But if you're still not bringing in the clients you want, the two things worth checking are usually where your growth is actually coming from and whether your business could handle more of it, and neither one is always obvious from the inside, which is exactly what a Private Practice Audit is built to find..

In my free Private Practice Audit, we walk through where your practice currently stands, identify specifically why it's still stuck, and map out the next step to fix it. That's the difference between spending more months guessing at what might work and finally knowing exactly where to put your energy so your caseload actually grows.

If you've already tried adjusting where you're getting clients from or tightening up your systems and your caseload still hasn't moved, schedule a Private Practice Audit to find out what's actually holding your caseload back.
